By joining NiB, Cyber Tzar aligns itself with leading organisations such as Amazon, BT, Google, KPMG, and Unilever in championing the inclusion, empowerment, and celebration of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.
Cyber Tzar’s commitment to neurodiversity is a natural extension of its belief in innovation through diversity of thought. By participating in NiB’s educational events, best practice forums, and strategic projects, Cyber Tzar will play a key role in promoting neuroinclusive recruitment, retention, and empowerment strategies. This collaboration will enable Cyber Tzar to continue building a workplace culture where neurodivergent talent can thrive, contributing unique perspectives and strengths to the broader cybersecurity industry.
At Cyber Tzar, neurodiversity is a fundamental part of the company’s DNA, with 50% of the founding members being neurodivergent and over half of the workforce identifying as neurodiverse. This commitment to neurodiversity is a natural extension of Cyber Tzar’s belief in innovation through diversity of thought.
