Status Measured Against Our Diversity Principles

We have already:

  1. delivered talks and outreach to community projects and initiatives in the Birmingham area as well as to colleges in the West Midlands
  2. run a work experience cohort that delivered positive results
  3. started a pilot internship program which is currently running and due to be delivered at the end of the year
