Cyber Tzar join the 7th NCSC for Startups programme

We are incredibly pleased to be able to share with you that we have been accepted on, and have started, this year’s NCSC for Startups programme (2023).

The programme is action-packed with meeting, collaborating, and learning from the top talent in Cyber Security and Start-ups in the UK.

The five new startups follow the more than 60 businesses to complete the NCSC For Startups programme, who have collectively gone on to raise £512m and create over 1,600 new jobs since the programme was founded in 2017.

What the programme means to you

What does it mean for you, our customers, resellers, channel partners, and friends?

We will be taking the opportunity to further validate our risk methodology, to test our messaging, language and semantics of our platform, to hone our strategy and goals, and to grow our customer base. We also aim to work with partners to test both our latest supply chain cyber risk and third-party risk management capabilities and our foundational Insurtech and insurance proposition. And finally, we will be coordinating and aligning with the NCSC on their approach and strategy regarding a universal cyber risk score.

The other start-ups on this year’s programme

Our fellow travellers on the journey for this round of the programme include the following fellow startups:

  • Acubed.IT  – committed to supporting the public sector to ensure the UK’s ever-evolving cyber security is a top priority, providing a novel security product for solving complex cross-domain problems.
  • Coc00n – provides a unique suite of cyber security protections that wrap around the mobile devices of high-risk and high-profile individuals, generating comprehensive digital privacy and security.
  • MemCrypt – taking a new approach to prevent and reduce the impact of ransomware attacks by supporting the recovery of encrypted data to remove the need to pay any ransom.
  • RevEng.AI – building foundational AI models for understanding the contents and behaviour of software supply chains.
